Q:  What are your payment terms?
A:  100% prepaid at the time of order.  Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.  Refunds, less restocking and shipping fees, will be issued 14 days from the canceled date.

Q:  What type of payments do you accept?
A:  We accept cash, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

Q:  Can we supply our own garments for printing?
A:  Only under special situations and if the materials are appropriate for printing.  We will not print on garments purchased at mass retailers.


Q:  Where are you located?

A: We are located in Greeneville, TN and service the East Tennessee area to include Jonesborough, Johnson City, Morristown, Newport and Erwin areas.

Q:  Do you have a storefront?

A:  No, we handle 90% of our orders via phone, email and fax.  We are also available for meetings, by appointment, at your school or business.

Q:  Do you offer shipping?
A:  Local orders are delivered when complete.  Orders requiring shipping are sent via UPS.

Q:  What products and services do you offer?
A:  We offer embroidery, monogramming, screen printing, sublimation, rhinestones, promotional products, pad printing, signs, banners, vinyl graphics, trophies, plaques and awards.  We also offer team uniforms, bags, coats, hats, spirit wear, casual and business apparel.
